what is the start game from position that i am seeing at games.is that where i can play a computer from a postion but also pick the color i play?.

i have not see it.is there vote chess here?

The help forum is the usual place for such questions, you're more likely to get a straight answer there. Here is a forum for fooling around.

When choosing "new game" you can choose the "set piece games" from the lower left to choose your setup.

You can't play against a computer here

...at least not knowingly ;-)
