18...Ke7? was far too helpful. The last thing he should do is help you get more pieces in play with check. He had to cross the fingers and try 18....Kf8. If that doesn't work, it's time to resign.
After 19. ... Ke7? 20. Rfe1+ wins for white. After the dust settles I see Rook + minor piece + 6 pawns (3 of them passed and connected!) vs rook + minor piece + 3 pawns.
After 18. ... kf8 why not 19. Bxe8? This move allows white to get some of its material back right away and if black takes the bishop with its king the rook on the f file gets into the game with a check. After the king moves white will penetrate black's position with the queen and have the three connected passed pawns on the king side.
After 19. ... N7f6 black has managed to free up his queenside with a valuable tempo and white's attack doesn't look too good... All I see is 20. Qf3. After this black either trades its e8 rook for my bishop or hands over one of its knights. This position is highly unclear for me but I'm still counting on my 3 connected passed pawns to make a difference.

I agree, the position after 18...Kf8 19.Bxe8 Kxe8 20.Rae1+ is difficult for black to hold - I just don't see a better option.

Just one more thing. After 19 ... N7f6. 20. Qf3? Bg4 and white is busted. Thus I discard my previous comments on this line.
After 18...Kf8 19.Bxe8 Kxe8 20.Rae1+ Kf8 I've looked into a couple of queen moves but I'm still having a lot of problems with N7f6.
