Any builders in here?

I'm considering a single storey extension across the back of the house of about 30 sq/m which will require 1.5 mtr piles, consist of two areas: a garden room 2/3rds and kitchen extension 1/3rd. Roof will be tiled and probably hipped with maybe 5 velux windows.

Ball-park estimates on what this should cost please?
