A bill can be vetoed and thank God she did. More scary is the nodding in silence, looking-the-other-way, the cowardness in people.... in the name of "Christianity", just like the relentless murdering of thousands during medieval darkness in Europe. Hypocrites. Christ did not reject anyone.

The proposed law, specifically required that denial of service be based on religious beliefs.

On that I didn't like the law, because it gave religious people rights beyond that of everyone else.

I think that any business should be able to deny service for any reason. There are enough competing businesses to assure that anyone can get service that they require. As a former business operator, few things would make me want to send customers away, but on occasion I did so, and don't believe anyone should have been able to contest the denial.
