    So this car has a new field accelerator where every atom gets accelerated or decel at the same time so people inside feel nothing. The car can acel or decel at 1000G.

    So this car is driving at 25 meters per second and the driver sees a kid on a bicycle about to be run down. After the driver activates the decel mode, how many meters does it take for the car to go from 25 m/s to zero?

    So time is easy to figure out

    V = V0 + at
    a = -9800m/s^s
    V = 0
    V0 = 25m/s

    t = 25/9800 = 2.55ms

    For finding distance, you can find average velocity multiply by time
    d = (Vi - Vf)/2 * t

    d = 25/2 m/s * 2.55 ms
    d = 31.9 mm

    Yep, pretty fast stop, eh! I used the old formulae S=(AT^2)/2 for distance and T= (2S/A)^0.5 and got the same answers.

    If it can accelerate for 8.5 hours it will be going at the speed of light.

    well, if he had the field accelerator too and did 10,000 g's....

    So suppose you had this car on the moon (no atmosphere to slow you down)
    how fast would it be going in 1/4 mile drag race run and how much time would it take at 1000g's?
