The borders in Ukraine at the moment are oscillating.
I also thank Ponderable for this wonderful thread. Maps are a essential part of our lives. I personally cannot live without them. I love history and maps are one of the most amazing tools to transcribe the changes in time.

Actually it was Napoleon who organised Germany into big chunks....the Bismarckian unification wouldn't have been possible without that.
