You have one hour to edit a post after submission.

So if this happens again press edit post and type in a rude word, one that rhymes with duck for example. The auto moderator that prevents such language being posted then hides your post. If it's the first post in the thread the thread goes (I believe) otherwise the post disappears. Useful if you have second thoughts about something.
