Should be Checkmate

I have my w pawn @ a2, a1 is blank, b king @b1, c1 is blank, b2 is blank, w queen @ c2, w rook @ c3. This is checkmate but showing up as check for my opponent. How can I solve this

The king is in check in Game 10755191, but it is not checkmate. Be patient.
