I had pay pal debit my credit card on Feb 07, 2014 but am getting a message that I did not renew. I don't seem to be able to contact anyone at RHP to rectify the situation. Anyone have a solution?

I have investigated this, but I'm unable to find your recent order. Can you send site feedback and mention the PayPal transaction Id please, and I'll get this sorted out ASAP.
