So now it looks more certain than ever that graphene will lead to future spintronics that would revolutionize the electronics industry by making microchips thousands of time more energy efficient by representing the 0 and 1 signals with electron spin rather than with electric charge.

Well, actually, the last sentence should be 'with electron flow'. Charge is static if in an insulator.
