Who is in charge?

So with issue after issue, when something bad happens the President comes
out it seems more times than not says he didn't know about it. He didn't know
about IRS, NAS, Fast and furious, and on and on....who is actually in charge
at the White House? Who makes the choices what he gets to know about,
who is making the choices when the President does not know, because
there sure seems to be a lot things going on that he is clueless about?

I know who everyone voted for he is in office, but I wonder who is really
doing to job, who does know what is going on and making the choices,
because Obama is clueless more times than not.

I recall the same things being said about Ronnie Reagan during Iran-Contra, or about Bush 41 when questioned about his many oil deals with the Bin Laden family, and with GW Bush about the Valorie Plame situation etc. etc. All presidents are called to account for these things, but it's normally some staff lackey who becomes the fall guy. We'll just have to wait and see.

I recall people going to jail in some of the other Presidents situations, but
with what is going on now, no one is ever held accountable, NO ONE knows
who is in charge, and no one is held accountable. Unless of course you bad
mouth the White house, that can get you fired.

Well this 2nd term is still pretty young. Perhaps someone will go to jail. No President is as squeaky clean as they appear. As I said, we'll just have to wait and see.
