There is a driver whose car broke down in some very far away place outside the mental hospital. The tire punctured and he had to change to the spare tire. However, while replacing the tire, he dropped the bolts of the tire in the drain and they got swept away. He then shouted in anger and cried desperately for help. Then, he saw a guy watching him from the mental hospital watching. He got desperate and asked the guy for help. At the end of the day, the driver drove back home safely unscathed. How did he do it?

    * the guy watching, a warden of the hospital, called road service?

    * the guy at the car, a male nurse, returned to the hospital and used his work car to get home?

    * the friendly inmate who saw the dilemma of the stranger changed the tire for him?

While home and hospital were far away from most places it was near to each so he could limp home with three wheels?

The driver, an experienced stunt driver, drove home on two wheels?

If each wheel was attached with five bolts, he was five down and had fifteen to go. Take one from each that were left and drive home with 4-4-4-3 and an imminent trip to a repair garage?

Practically speaking, this would be the way to do it.

You said he dropped the tire bolts. Tires don't have bolts unless it was the one that caused the flat.
