Isn't there a thing in your constitution about this? Sorry I don't especially want to follow the link, but I can't help wondering what the point is. The Christian families will go to church anyway and the ones that don't probably won't want the intervention.

As with the provision of health services, I think there should be both public options and private options for education, so I think that ~ given certain standards and commonalities decided in the political domain ~ the establishment of schools with a religious foundation or affiliation are welcome within a diverse selection of options for schooling.
