    Left side,
    right side,
on your back, on your stomach, on the side (left or right)?

Me (I?) - bad verrry bad. Slep on the grill.

In the middle of the night I fte wake up because elastics on mu socks irritaes e, and I put socks of and exercise my toes performin special budhistic asanas for toes. (Designed for 100 years ols priests.)

I usually try to sleep myself by lying on my back and relaxing me with prana yama, and then, if I am lucky, I just turn on the left or right side.
If I fell of, that's the problem.

Earlier I was sleeping on the stomach but since I gained much weight it's like Pilates...

If I sleep on the side I wet the pillow by saliva.

Recently I often wake up myself by snorring and grunting. It is usually followed by stopped nose, so I get up and leaf a lexicon of Scandinavian furniture and lamps...

Find some looser socks only for evenings at home/sleeping. Like "Heat holders" brand. They have some floor gripping ability for safer walking.

I sleep naked, reeking of alcohol, my nose visibly powdered, and
flanked by two hot, twenty-something Czech models.

    Exhausted.

    Every night.

Last night I 'slept' on a sofa, it wasn't very comfortable.

I don't always sleep well but there a number of reasons for this of which I am well aware. Too much: Stress, weight, coffee, alcohol, food. Except excersise, which is not enough. That is pretty much the sum cause of most people's sleeplessness.
