My opponent has zero time to move and has no time bank remaining. He is also not on vacation.
Although time expired twice, he was able to move days after the time expiration. Before, there was a tab that would allow a player to claim a game after time expired; but it’s no longer there.
Time will expire again soon for the third time.
    What can be done?

    Game 11081567

Of course your opponent may move and then of course the skull expires. In OtB you also have to claim time-out.

You have to take the skull as long as it shows.

The skull will reappear just over an hour from now, unless he makes a move and resets the counter. It's up to you to click on the skull before he moves if you want to have a win by timeout.

The time has expired now, however due to the site update I think Russ has disabled time-outs or the time being while any problems with the new site are worked out.
