I will claim timeout's as soon as they are available during tournaments... I will only honor vacation settings on non-tournament games, and if you tell me when you expect to be back.
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
