I like to play fast games and I take all timeouts whenever I can. However if your vacation flag is up or I am informed about the reason why you are unable to move then I will not take the timeout. Other than that sorry, it is the skull for me.
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
