I was born in 1963 and learnt to play chess at the age of 10. Due to studies and work, I didn't play very much for about 20 years, but I started playing again in about 2005. I enjoy fairly fast games i.e. about four to five moves a day. As regards other details, I am a freelance translator (specialising in Dutch and French into English) and a part-time Baptist pastor/preacher - serious questions about the Bible are always welcome!
