Hello, I am from England, the bit up North. I used to be about what is now 2000 ELO when I played as a youngster, but then I reached 18, went to university and found a lot other things to interest me ;-) That was 20-odd years ago, the "other things" are still important but the chess less so, so you'll find I regularly play on my phone and so am prone to making game losing moves due to not looking at the board properly...
