Anyone see this series, Strange Empire?

It's a Canadian production, so far only one season, hasn't been picked up. Story of some frontier women just north of the US-Canadian border, CA 1870 or so. Great drama series, starring Cara Gee, half Ojibwa, beautiful woman.
I looked up comments on the show and they all agree, they want more!

My wife and I came across this series, season one is on Netflix and probably others. We see it on Netflix. We have only 3 or for episodes left and then nothing so far.

I like the genre.

So far only one season. CBC stopped production, everyone is hoping some other company will pick it up. It is such a strong story.
