aGetting rid of banned player off my gamelist

I have a player on my game list who has been banned and is now also time expired, But I can not delete from game list.
Any Ideas??

You cannot delete the game, but you can click the skull and claim the win.

Sadly no skull.
A pawn in a box, which, when you put the mouse over it says"opponent banned, please wait".

You have to wait. The game will eventually be claimed for you by the mods.
