Wait for some clocks in your games, and sort by alert. Your games will be organized by move pending, up or down... depending how many times you click it.

Edit! I used to organize by "last move" Now I've organized by Alert. If you have FireFox / GreeseMonkey / and the Oroboris RHP scripts you will see they are organized by time remaining for a move.

So, timebank has nothing to do with it... but I didn't really look into that.
