canceling a game

If i start a game and see the player is not the right strenght or another reason to stop playing how to cancel the game?

One of you who can tell me please?

You must cancel the game within the first two moves of the game by clicking on the garbage can beside the game, on your ( my games page.) If the garbage can is not there anymore its to late. You can resign the game at anytime if you wish. but that would be a lost game with lost rating points.
