Claiming a stalemate?

Hi,

I don't know if you can see the game I'm talking about by clicking http://www.redhotpawn.com/core/playchess.php?gameid=1711514, but I will try to explain anyway. My opponent just moved, leaving me no possibility to do any valid move - my pawns are blocked and my king could not do any move without getting into a check.

But RHP still tells me to make a move, and when I click on "claim draw" it says that I still have to make a valid move!

What to do?
