Why does Roy Jenner. not receive my move notifications, game 10389907?

I'm guessing that Roy Jenner has his move notifications setting turned off. (It's on the MyEmailSettings page.)

The question to ask Colletti is, does he have his email notification ticked? You're letting him know, but is he letting you know? Use the in-game message to find out.
