No one has to answer any questions they don't want to answer.
If I find a question stupid, I just sit back and don't answer. There will always be someone who will.
There is no reason to be rude to those who asks stupid questions, especially when they're themself not consider ther questions stupid.
As a wise man once said:
"It's more stupid to be answering a question in a stupid fasion than to be asking a stupid question."
