Anyone know if there is a procedure for reporting someone who seems to be cheating with a computer programme? The person I'm thinking of has won nearly 400 games, drawn around 60 and lost NONE. Do people agree this must suggest cheating?

Weyerstrass probably has been reported a number of time, just like most players in the top 30

Might be a good idea to have some proof.
