Different open invites

Some new invites have the notice- accept game offer- next to the game, some do`nt have it. Why? Can I somehow accept this kind of offers directly? 😞

Ones that don't have "accept game offer" next to them have rating limits on them, and if you are not in that rating band then you cannot accept the game.
