Email Move Notifications

I am receiving my move notifications via email but i want it to stop how do i do that coz its filling up my email way to fast and im getting sick of deleting all these unnescasary emails

Menu button at right-hand end of icon bar at top of your browser page.
Choose My Settings, then My Notification Settings.
