en passant

i'm in what i thought was a perfect opportunity to use the en passant rule but the program is giving me the pink color stating it is not allowable. can anyone assist? i've checked the faq re: this but it seems that i'm right in this.

Your pawn needed to be on f5 for the en passant capture to be legal.
