I've just come back to the site after a long absence, and took on too many tournaments, resulting in a huge game load. Oooops. I've been playing very badly as a result, and have dropped about 200 points rating-wise, from low 1800s to low 1600s.

I ended up with four tournament games (Game 10461807, Game 10458730, Game 10458749 and Game 10461728) against the same user, rated high 1900s at the time, and in the midst of this overloaded misery I managed to win them all. They ended with his resignations, pretty much all at once, and with the message "GOOD CHESS PROGRAM" in the first game to go.

Now, I'm sure this is just pettiness rather than an actual accusation, but I am surprised by how annoyed I am by it! Is there a way to report it? Can I request analysis of the games to prove that I was not using a program? (I don't even own one, at the moment!)

I don't know if I will take things further if it is possible, but I am interested to know.

Just feel smug you have been accussed!
Seriously though it can be annoying - especially when you have a
well deserved win and you just want a "Good Game Mate"

I've only been accussed of using an engine in blitz - mainly because I
can rattle off the first 12 moves of my Reti setup against any defence!
(This was interpreted by one opponent as being "too accurate for a human"😉

Who is the guy, or what is the thread title? It's not obvious (at least, to me!)

I think he may be talking about Zygalski in Thread 157902.

If I were you I wouldn't be getting too bothered over a bit of name-calling by a frustrated and disappointed opponent. Just tell him to grow a pair, and move on.

    1. What has this to do with this help forum thread?
    2. A guy who eventually got banned from the site for forum misdeeds used the phrase "back of the net" in almost every post, it was one of his trademarks.
