    if a duel gets down to 2 players and each players scores a win, or 2 draws,
    do they keep getting another round until there is a winner?

    Hey that's funny! I thought you'd just both reach the next round and get into the random draw again. So I get to play this guy I just beat and lost to for another two matches...

    You do (providing it is a random duel of course). However the original post was talking about when it gets down to the final two - they will therefore play each other again.
