Free e-mail accounts

I would like to be a subscriber but I use Yahoo e-mail.Processing says "avoid free e-mail accounts".Does this mean they STRICTLY forbidden I must buy an e-mail account in order to subscribe ?

no, you can use your free e-mail account if you want.

The problem with free email accounts is twofold:
1) Lack of use can cause them to expire.
2) They are easy to get multiple of. This means that they are almost always the choice of people who wish multiple accounts. GMail is an exception to this as they make signing up for accounts difficult on purpose.
