Guys with a line through their name

I was wandering, when I was looking at several tournament histories, why some people get a line through their name. I haven't found a way to sign out of this site yet so I'm getting a bit curious ;-). Who knows some about this?

Where do I find this "site map" option? Cannot find it so far.

You can be banned for breaking the terms of service agreement most often they either where caught cheating or submitting improper posts.
