My Settings -> My Profile Settings

Of course increasing it doesn't mean your games will always go faster. The timeout and timebank still apply.

Move your king to the proper position (that is two or three spaces over) and then hit the move button. This will automatically snap your rook into place.

How do I put the symbol of the plane in front of my name when I am on holiday and does it save my normal time untill I come back from the holiday?

My Settings > My Vacation Settings.

The vacation flag does not stop you using up time on your games. What it does is tell your opponents that you are unable to play currently (and they can view the message you put with the flag) in the hope that they show mercy and don't time you out until you get back.
