how long must i wait?

a couple years ago i let my subscription lapse(employment issues).i recently
renewed it (order no.4870118840 on 11/30/12 at 3:55 pm to be exact) money was taken out of my cheching account,three days have gone by and still no subscription.if you're not going to activate my account then i'll thank you to refund my money.either way this issue needs to be resolved A.S.A.P.
