Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your subscription please send feedback using the link at the bottom of each page, being sure to include your Time For Chess account name in the message. It would help us to improve this service if you also state the reason for cancellation, although this is not mandatory.

If I were to bye something with a 14 days grace clause, use it, and I enter after 21 days and wanted my money back, they would laugh at me. "But I didn't know your phone number! (*whine, whine*)" "Well, why didn't you look it up? Or read on your reciept?" "(*whine, whine*)" Do you really think that you are worth wastin time on? You are certainly not a serious customer.

Did you ever try to get in touch with the RHP staf within your grace period was ended? No? Why whine now?

Edit: Just saw the moderators reply. What will your next step be? Resign all games and leave the site?
