How to Claim a Draw

Hello, forgive me if this is covered elsewhere - I have tried to claim a draw but the site just allowed my opponent to move and forced me to continue, please would someone explain to me how I can claim this draw or if I am mistaken and my position does not warrent a draw by repetition of position
