    You cant.
If you want a special tournament (with a specific set piece board or whatever), that is open to all (subscribers) and will be listed under the Tournaments menu. Then you will have to request it by sending feedback (at the bottem of every page).

OK, thanks - I tried it, but I got the following reply:
'Sorry, you must be a clan leader of a clan with at least 6 members'.

Yeah, with that link you can create private tournaments for clans (or clubs) if you are a clanleader. Since you asked for a "tournament open for all" its not what you are looking for anyway.

The private tournament can be made public by publishing the key

    Good point lol.
Still, the original question was "how to create a new tournament open for all?".

With your method you are creating a tournament that is private. And make it open for all after publishing the key. So it still doesnt answer the question

I think you get the key automatic if you make a private tournament, would be wierd if the creater of a tournament would have to send feedback for that.
