How to Open PGNs

Just have a quick question about these file types. My Windows won't recognize the file. Which program do I use to open them? Thanks.

Get Winboard

http://www.tim-mann.org/xboard.html

Once you install it, you can open them with that.

You can also right click them and open them with your favorite text editor.
