    I can not click on any one of my pieces on any of my games. Normally the pieces highlight when you click it. Even my Analyse Board link does not work. Can anyone please help. I need to move.

    I cannot figure out how to castle on this site, when I move my queen to castle, it moves but my pawn does not move?

    Sorry, the pawn moves automagically after you click on 'Move'.

    All this time I've been castling with my king and rook! no wonder my rating is plummeting!

    Now i can not even log in to the site, i have no option! The only way i move is to use one of my friends PC's. Something is wrong with my browser settings.

    If you're using IE, get another.

    Did you recently install a popup blocker? or did you recently up the security settings on a firewall? (or install one? )

    Doesn't matter with computers - it's known as the Herbert Lom effect.
    Try changing all your IE settings to default.

    People who are having trouble moving: if you are using Internet Explorer, delete your temporary internet files and see if that helps (Tools/Internet Options/Delete Files). For some reason this site can be very badly affected by having a full cache.
