I can't move

everytime i try to move a piece a sign come up, u knowt he one that they put around a ciggarette when theres no smoking, but its black not red. i dunno wats wrong and im running out of time on my games

You must have had a good night last night, and killed a few braincells.

The interface is click to select a piece, then click again to move it. Its not a click and hold, then drag to square interface.

It has always been that way.
