i'm rated 1400+, playing someone that hasn't finished their 20 provisional games, so what happens to my ratings if they beat me?

(Though i'd made it unrated, but looks like i forgot to...)

If a provisional player beats you, you would only lose approximately half the rating points you would normally lose.

Strange as it seems, I am rated 1430 and playing a 1200p.

Firefox and RHP scripts tell me this about my rating changes when the game is finished:

    Win is +3
    Lose is -13
    Draw is -5

Meaning that the loss will be 26 points if the game isn't finished before the opponent loses his P status.

In order to lose xis p-status the other user must complete a number of games - so it is unlikely their rating would still be 1200.
