I have been trying to address this issue all day including leaving a message in the Help forum. This and all abusive messages from the past two days, in the game, and to me have been removed. No one has addressed me or removed the game. Is this standard operating procedure for RHP?
No, it's not standard. Usually, questions are answered promptly and corrections are made on a timely basis. Abuses aren't tolerated. You provided no specifics, so no specific responses can be offered here.

i've always found rhp to be very good at responding to feedback, but if you don't choose to use that method, you can simply resign the game and put the player on your ignore list. you may lose a few points but so what. the game will be over.
The board wasn't functioning properly. Beginning moves weren't as submitted and I used the resign mechanism twice. I did use the ignore list. Someone from RHP removed the message but left the game. Then the resignation flag and checkbox did work.
