no PGN email sent

I have tried repeatedly to get the PGN for a game in progress emailed to me from the "Game History" page. Is there an obvious explanation that I am missing? I have checked my ISP and cpu filters.

I don't use this feature, but it's been 20 minutes or so since I tried and have yet to get the email. It said I had 16 sent to me.

You can manually get the PGN from the game, copy and paste it where you want it for now. Use Send Feedback at the bottom of the page if you want an admin to fix this or explain what is going wrong. They don't really read this forum as often as other users.
