    do i have the opposition of refusing a challenge once the player makes it and the first move and how do i refuse

    You can delete 'new' games when they are under or at 3 moves.
    There should be a trash bin icon behind the game on your My Games page. At the "Actions" column.
    Click the trash bin and the game will be deleted (when its still under 3 moves).

    Once the second black move [4th move or 'half-move] is made you are committed.
