Opponent Banned

One of my opponents has been banned from the site apparently but i have a 28 day timeout on this game, is it possible to cut this game short now?

The game will eventually go.
Admins go around and clear up the games of banned players (you'll be given the game as a win, but there will be no change in rating).
Send feedback to ask nicely if they'll clear your particular game first. Include game id's and opponents name etc.
