I have a recurring problem, that has popped up again, with yet another username. He's had quite a few since May of '07, since he was first banned, and 20 usernames later, tried to start a game with me tonight...again! I have been told his ip address would be blocked. I've put the names on the iggy list. Just makes me sick to the stomach, that he keeps doing this. Is this what I have to keep doing, putting him on iggy... time and time again?

Indeed I think there is no foolproof method to keep someone from the site. You can go to an internet cafe and you have a new ip. You can have as many email accounts as there are....
You can put him on ignore or send feedback everytime the person pops up. Maybe he will be less patient than you?

I've done this a few times, since '07, that's just the thing. As it is, I got 5months left on my sub, so I'll let that expire. 🙂

Elam,
Have you contacted feedback? I had a last straw recently with a user and Russ says he's now been able to isolate the IP's this user was using to get back on.
If someone is harassing you by persistantly wanting games after games with various user names - why not just ignore the games? Create a folder with the name 'ForgetThem', and put them there?

Its what I've done, each time he starts one. Now, the reason why I do know its him, cos he sends a PM when he's made the first move.
'yr move pls'.
The game gets deleted, and the username goes to the iggy list.
