Quick Tournament Questions

When do tournaments start? After the max number have enlisted? Or do they start on a periodic basis (i.e.weekly, monthly)? I checked the tournament FAQ page, but didn't find an answer. Thanks in advance.

They are started manually. If they don't fill up, then they start after a couple of weeks of little entry activity.

There is no set rule, as far as I can see.
