rating limits

my friend has just subscribed to rhp all is well except when he puts himself up on the open invites when he try's to set a rating limet it will not allow him too, i myelf can bring up the open invite board, on the same consle and get no props, i can also set limits, whats the situation help please....

You can't set a rating limit when your rating is still provisional.
